Most of our vehicles are now sourced privately. Our vehicles are collected from source and driven back to our site. This allows us to thoroughly road test all the vehicles, and enables us to highlight any issues/imperfections etc before the vehicle arrives onsite. These can be addressed immediately upon arrival and before the sale.

This gives us a huge advantage over our competitors, and gives us the knowledge and understanding of the vehicle's history and ownership, which we can pass on to our customer. We ensure that all of our vehicles have excellent service history. We believe that this buying process will give you the peace of mind and confidence to deal with VIP45, knowing that we know the history of every car, and we can confidently and honestly answer any questions about any used car within our inventory.

Service and MOT

Every vehicle that is due a service or MOT within 6 months is serviced and given a clean MOT with no advisories, giving you the comfort and peace of mind that you can drive off in confidence knowing the vehicle is prepared to the highest standard.

Whilst the car is used, we do not believe in cutting corners and if we think something should be replaced within our standards, it is.

Many dealers will buy a car from an auction, top up the oil and call it a service and then send you on your way with the balance of an MOT, only for you to find in a couple of months that you face a large bill to get the vehicle through an MOT. At VIP45, we believe it is imperative your vehicle is thoroughly checked over as we want you to drive away happy.

Finance

We do a great deal of work behind the scenes with our partner finance providers, always negotiating the best rates to make your new car even more affordable.

We process all your finance needs in-house completing all paperwork for your new agreement and settle directly any outstanding finance on your part exchange, taking away the hassle of you having to organise this yourself.

After Sales

As much as we check and prepare our cars, we understand that we are dealing with mechanical items and things can go wrong. We are here to help and guide you all through your journey. Our incredible service does not stop once you purchase from us. We have a dedicated after sales team with their own number and contact via what's app. The after sales team will guide you on how to use the warranty if any faults happen within the first 6 months. Even outside of warranty we are always available for help and advice.
