Non-Refundable Deposit Policy

At VIP45, we work hard to source the right vehicle to match each customer's exact requirements. In cases where we are asked to source a specific vehicle that is not currently in stock, a deposit is required to begin the process.

This deposit is used to:

• Secure the vehicle at auction or via our trade network
• Cover inspection, transportation, and administrative costs
• Reserve the car exclusively for the customer

Once a car has been sourced specifically for you, this deposit becomes non-refundable. If you choose to cancel the order after we have secured the vehicle, we regret that the deposit will not be returned, as time and resources will already have been committed on your behalf.

We are always transparent about this policy before any payment is taken, and written confirmation is provided as part of your order agreement if requested.
